摘　　要：对西昌钢钒3#高炉(1 750 m3)开炉及快速达产实践进行了总结。通过制定合理的开炉方案,并对开炉过程中控制合理的送风制度和装料制度,控制适宜的加风及开风口的时机以及渣铁排放进程,优化高炉操作,确保炉况稳定顺行,从而使1 750 m3高炉开炉顺利,并实现快速达产。It is concluded the practice of blowing - on and rapid reaching designed capacity of No. 3 blast fur- nace of Xichang Steel and Vanadium Ironworks ： making reasonable blowing - on plan, controlling reasonable blowing system and charge system, controlling fitting opportunity of adding blowing and opening tuyere, controlling iron slag discharging process, optimizing blast furnace operation, guaranteeing smooth furnace condition. With all of those the 1 750 m^3 blast furnace has a smooth blowing - on and rapidly reaches the de- signed capacity.
