摘　　要：介绍了重钢1#高炉炉墙粘结征兆及表现,分析了重钢1#高炉炉墙结厚原因并提出了处理措施。通过采取退矿批、减负荷、改全焦、堵部分风口以及调整装料制度等措施,消除了高炉边缘结厚,并使炉况得到恢复。It is introduced the sign and appearance of shaft wall sticking in No. 1 BF of Chong Steel, analyzed the reason for shaft wall accretion and some treating measures proposed out： sending back some ore batch, shedding load, changing into full - coke mode, blocking part of tuyeres and adjusting charging system. With all of those, the furnace edge wall accretion is eliminated, the furnace condition improved.
