摘  要:为了增强高昼夜温差地区营房屋面和墙体的抗裂性能,提高营房安全性、舒适性及使用寿命,利用快速冻融法对碳纤维混凝土进行了300次冻融循环试验,并测量其相对动弹性模量和质量损失情况。结果显示:普通混凝土在150次冻融循环试验后试件破坏严重,平均质量损失了0.695 kg,损失率为6.9%;碳纤维混凝土在300次冻融循环试验后外形仍保持较好的完整性,平均质量损失了0.514 kg,损失率为5.19%,相对动弹性模量最多下降了34%,其中体积分数为1%的碳纤维混凝土平均质量损失仅为0.398 kg,损失率为4.05%,相对动弹性模量下降了31%。试验表明碳纤维可以改善混凝土的抗冻性能,适用于高昼夜温差地区建筑。In order to enhance crack resistance of roof and wall of barracks against the high temperature difference between day and night, and improve the safety, comfort and service life of the barracks, the method of fast freezing was used to freeze the car- bon fiber concrete 300 times, and relative dynamic elastic modulus and mass loss were measured. The results show that concrete af- ter 150 times of freeze-thaw cycle, specimen damage is serious, the mass loss of 0.695 kg, the loss rate is 6.9%; carbon fiber rein- forced concrete can keep good integrity, up to 0.514 kg weight loss after 300 times of freeze-thaw cycle, and the loss rate is 5.19%. The relative dynamic elastic modulus maximum falls by 34 %, and the volume fraction of 1% carbon fiber concrete loss is 0.398 kg weight and the loss rate is 4.05%, the relative dynamic elastic modulus falls by 31%. Tests show that carbon fiber can improve the concrete anti-freezing behavior, suitable for application in barracks in the areas with the high temperature difference between day and night areas of troops in the barracks.
