摘  要:对于高钨含量的镍钨合金基带而言,难以通过传统的大变形量冷轧及再结晶退火得到强立方织构,为了提高Ni-9at.%W(Ni9W)合金基带再结晶立方织构的含量,本文优化了坯锭轧制及再结晶退火工艺。实验发现,在大变形量冷轧期间结合三次中间回复退火工艺可以提高轧制Ni~9at.%W合金基带中Copper和S型织构的含量,最后通过优化再结晶退火工艺,在1200℃保温2h的再结晶退火工艺下得到了立方织构含量为45.6%(≤10°)的Ni-9at.%W合金基带。It is very difficult to obtain sharp cube texture by heavy cold rolling and recrystallization annealing for NiW alloy substrates with a high W content. The rolling and recrystallization annealing technological parameter were optimized to improve the content of cube texture in Ni-9at. %W(Ni9W) alloy tapes. The content of C orientation and S type texture were improved by three recovery annealing cycles during the heavy cold rolled. The cube texture content in Ni-9at. %W alloy substrates reached 45.6% (410%) which was obtained by optimized recrystallization annealing at 1 200℃ for 2 h.
