摘  要:针对树脂热固化速度较慢的问题,以酚醛树脂为研究对象,采用微波对酚醛树脂进行固化。采用红外光谱内标法对酚醛树脂固化度进行了表征。研究了时间和温度对酚醛树脂固化程度的影响,并与传统热固化进行比较。结果表明酚醛树脂在微波场中具有很强的热效应,可以实现迅速升温。综合时间以及温度对酚醛树脂固化度的影响可以得出,采用微波固化在110℃~120℃下固化15分钟,即可得到固化度达到90%以上的固化产物。相比热固化,微波固化可以减少50%左右的固化时间,提高树脂固化效率。In order to increase curing speed of phenolic resin, in this paper, phenolic resin was cured by the method of microwave. The Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FT-IR)was employed to characterize the curing degree of phenolic resin. The effects of temperature and time on the phenolic resin curing extent were studyed, and it was also compared with conventional heat curing process. The results showed that phenolic resin had a very strong thermal effect in the microwave field, which can achieve rapid wanning.The results showed that microwave was an effective curing method. When phenolic resin was curing at 110℃ to 120 ℃ for 15 minutes, the curing degree could reach 90% above. Compared with hot curing, the microwave methodcould reduce curing time about 50%, which improve the curing process more efficient.
