延续护理服务在出院产妇中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨延续护理服务对出院产妇的应用效果。方法:成立延续护理服务小组,对180例出院产妇进行电话随访和家庭访视;采用笔者所在医院自拟的产褥期相关知识掌握情况调查表和出院产妇延续护理服务情况调查表对实施延续护理服务不同时间产妇的相关情况进行评价和比较。结果:产妇对相关知识的掌握情况逐渐提高,生活态度积极乐观,护理服务满意度明显提高,与实施延续护理服务前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理服务可提高护理服务的满意度,减少产妇常见生理问题的发生,提高产妇的生活质量。Objective： To explore the application effect of extended care to discharged puerpera.Method： The continuing nursing care group was established which used telephone follow-up and family visit for 180 cases discharged parturient, the relevant circumstances with puerperal knowledge grasping situation in our hospital by questionnaire and discharged parturient continuing nursing care questionnaire on the implementation of extended care services in different time of maternal were evaluated and compared.Result： The knowledge on maternal grasp the situation gradually improved, positive and optimistic attitude towards life, nursing service satisfaction were significantly, compared with the implementation of extended care services before, there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The extended care can improve nursing service satisfaction , reduce maternal common physiological problems, improvetheirlife quality.
