厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病合并高血压疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法Ⅱ型糖尿病合并高血压患者80例随机分为实验组和对照组，各40例。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗；实验组在对照组基础上给予厄贝沙坦治疗。结果实验组治疗后收缩压和舒张压改善优于对照组（P〈0．01），实验组治疗后空腹胰岛素改善情况优于对照组（P〈0．01）；实验组治疗后c-反应蛋白以及尿微量白蛋白改善优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；2个月后，实验组总有效率95．00％（38／40），高于对照组的70．00％（28／40），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病合并高血压疗效显著，能够有效改善患者收缩压和舒张压，有助于患者血糖控制。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with amlodip- ine in the treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension. Methods A total of 80 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension were randomly divided into experi- mental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given amlodipine treatment and the experimental group was given irbesartan and amlodipine. Results The experimental group achieved better improvement in systolic and diastolic pressure after treatment compared with the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Experimental group received better outcomes in fasting insulin compared with the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）, so were the levels of C-reactive protein and mi- croalbuminuria（P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ）. After two-month-treatment, the total effective rate was 95 % （38/40） in experimental group and was 70 % （28/40） in control group ,with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amlodipine is effective for the management of blood pressure and blood glucose, and for better improvement of quality of life.
