摘 要:目的探讨和分析新生儿血糖代谢紊乱的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2010年3月—2014年3月入院761例新生儿的临床资料,其中血糖代谢紊乱的新生儿85例。结果胎龄小于37周新生儿中血糖代谢紊乱发生率高于胎龄37~42周新生儿,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。体质量〈2500g新生儿和体质量〉4000g新生儿血糖代谢紊乱发生率均高于体质量为2500~4000g新生儿,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。轻度窒息新生儿中血糖代谢紊乱发生率低于重度窒息新生儿,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论早产、低体质量和高体质量、重度窒息新生儿中血糖代谢紊乱发生率高。Objective To investigate the risk factors of blood glucose metabolic disorders in neonates. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 761 meonates, in which 85 cases with blood glucose metabolic disorders. Results The incidence of blood glucose metabolic disorders in those with gestational age less than 37 weeks was higher than those between 37 and 42 weeks (P 〈 0.01 ). The incidence in neonates weighted less than 2 500 g and over 4 000 g were higher than those between 2 500 g and 4 000 g ( P 〈 0.01 ). The incidence in neonates with mild asphexia was lower than those with severe asphyxia ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Premature delivery, low or weight high birth and severe asphyxia are potential risk factors of blood glucose metabolic disorders in neonates.
