血脂康胶囊联合治疗老年类风湿关节炎患者的疗效及对血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨血脂康胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤、柳氮磺吡啶、硫酸羟氯喹治疗老年类风湿关节炎患者的疗效及对血脂的影响。方法老年类风湿关节炎患者88例随机分为观察组和对照组，各44例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤、柳氮磺吡啶、硫酸羟氯喹联合治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加用血脂康胶囊。对比2组治疗前后血脂指标以及风湿性关节炎相关指标变化。结果一个疗程后2组总胆固醇（Tc）、甘油三脂（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）水平低于治疗前，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）水平高于治疗前（P〈0．05）；2组红细胞沉降率（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平明显低于治疗前（P〈0．05）；2组关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、晨僵时间、活动评分（DAS28）均明显低于治疗前，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后2组患者血脂指标水平、ESR、CRP水平差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；2组DAS28评分改善差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血脂康胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤、柳氮磺吡啶、硫酸羟氯喹治疗能有效控制患者关节病情并调节血脂。Objective To discuss the effect of Xuezhikang capsule combined with methotrex- ate （MTX）, salazosulfapyridine（SASP） and hydroxychloroquine in treatment of senile rheumatoid ar- thritis （RA） and related influence on blood fat. Methods A Total of 88 RA patients were randomly divided into study group and controlled group, with 44 cases in each groups. The controlled group were given MTX, SASP and hydroxychloroquine, and the study group were treated with Xuezhikang capsule additionaly. The lipid index and RA index of these two groups were compared. Results Levels of TC, TG, LDL-C of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, so were the lev- els of ESR, CRP （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The results of DAS28 of study group were better than that of controlled group after treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xuezhikang capsule in combination with MTX, SASP and hydroxychloroquine can improve the condition and lipid in senile patients with RA.
