摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在进行盆底康复训练的盆底功能障碍性疾病患者中的应用。方法选取盆底功能障碍性疾病患者120例为研究对象，随机分为实验组与对照组，各60例，2组均给予盆底康复训练，实验组在训练的基础上加强护理干预。观察治疗总有效率。结果实验组总有效率为91．7％高于对照组的76．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预能够帮助提高进行盆底康复训练的盆底功能障碍性疾病患者的治疗效果。Objective To observe the value of nursing intervention in Pelvic floor rehabilita- tion on patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods A total of 120 patients with pelvic floor dys- function were randomly divided into study group （n = 60 ） and control group （n = 60）, with pelvic floor rehabilitation. The study group was give intensive nursing care additionally. Results the total effective rate was 91.7% in study group and 76.7% in control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the efficacy of pelvic floor rehabilitation on patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
