摘　　要：目的：通过对造口治疗师工作模式指标体系量表信度和效度的检验分析,验证该量表的合理性。方法将150份基本样本和20份重测样本进行统计,对其结果的信度、重测信度、内容效度及结构效度进行检验。结果本量表信度为Cronbach′s α系数为0.77,重测信度（用斯皮尔曼相关系数即Spearman等级相关系数表示）为0.82；内容效度（用量表全部指标的内容效度指数和量表总的内容效度指数表示）及结构效度（常用因子分析法评价）均良好。结论该量表具有较高的信度和效度,可以作为造口治疗师岗位能力考评的参考依据。Objective To confirmed the rationality of“Enterostomal therapist working mode index” by analyzing its reliability and validity. Methods A total of 150 basic samples and 20 resurvey samples were used to test the reliability （ Cronbach′s α coefficient ） , retest reliability, content validity and structure validity. Results The reliability （Cronbach′sαcoefficient） of“enterostomal therapist working mode index” was 0. 77, while the retest reliability （ the Spearman correlation coefficient） was 0. 82, and the general content validity index of this system and the structure validity （ factor analysis method was used to analyze ） was ideal. Conclusions “Enterostomal therapist working mode index” was reliable and valuable to be used to review the job ability of enterostomal therapist.
