新媒体环境下高校共青团做好大学生就业服务工作的思考

摘　　要：随着互联网技术与移动信息等新兴技术不断发展起来,高校共青团也迎来了新的挑战。在这种格局下,必须顺应时代的潮流,利用新媒体技术,努力做好高校共青团工作。党的十八大报告明确指出,中国特色社会主义事业的蓬勃发展,需要广大青年的努力奋斗。高校共青团的服务对象就是广大青少年学生,目前社会竞争日益激烈,大学生就业已经成为各个青年大学生最关注的问题。所以高校共青团应该利用新媒体来发挥自身的优势,促进大学生就业创业,提高综合素质。现阶段的信息技术越来越发达,高校共青团可以利用这个优势及时为大学生提供关于就业方面的信息,让大学生通过手机、电脑等信息平台得到信息、发布信息、交流信息等等。本文主要对在新媒体环境下高校共青团如何做好大学生就业服务工作提出了笔者的几点思考。With the continuous development of new technologies such as Internet technology and mobile information, college Youth League is faced with new challenges. Under this situation,they must keep pace with the trend of the times and use new media technology to implement their work well. It is clearly pointed out in the report to the 18 thNational Congress of the CPC that the prosperous development of socialism with Chinese characteristics needs the arduous efforts of youths. The service object of college Youth League is young students. Today＇s increasingly fierce social competition has made college students＇ employment an issue arousing the widest concern. So college Youth League should consider how to use new media to play its advantages, promote college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship, and improve their comprehensive quality. Today＇s information technology is increasingly flourishing, so college Youth League can use this advantage to timely provide college students with employment information that can be received by information platforms such as mobile phones and computers. This paper mainly proposes several considerations of the writer on the employment service for college students carried out by college Youth League under the new media environment.
