老年高血压患者动态动脉硬化指数与心脏质量指数的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：对老年高血压患者动态动脉硬化指数（AASI）与心脏质量指数（LVMI）的相关性进行探讨。方法：选取2011年05月—2013年03月来我院就诊的300例老年高血压患者，通过常规24h动态血压进行监测，以对患者的心室壁厚度、室间隔厚度、相对室壁厚度等进行监测，同时对患者的空腹血糖与血脂水平进行检测，并开展多元线性回归分析与Pearaon相关分析。结果：左房内径（LAD）、LVMI和动态动脉硬化指数之间存在相关性。结论：AASI与LAD、LVMI存在相关性，临床上可根据其检查结果判断患者疾病。Objective To elderly patients with high blood pressure dynamic arteriosclerosis index and the correlation of cardiac mass index were discussed. Selection methods： March 05, 2011 -2011 to our hospital 300 cases of elderly high blood pressure, with regular 24 h ambulatory, in patients with ventricular wall thickness and interventricular septum thickness, relative room wall thickness monitoring, fasting blood sugar and lipid levels of patients at the same time detection, and multiple linear analysis and Pearson correlation analy- sis. Results： The LAD, LVMI and dynamic correlation between arterial stiffness index. Conduslon： AASI correlation and LAD, LVMI, medical personnel according to the checking result judgment in patients with disease.
