摘 要:目的:了解绵阳市苯及苯系物作业人员的健康状况及接触水平,为控制职业病提供参考。方法:选择接触苯及苯系物的作业工人435人作为接触组,选择452人不接触人员作为对照组,并测定作业环境中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的浓度。结果:现场共采集65个空气样本,检测结果均未超标。在神经系统方面,两组的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。接触组白细胞和血小板减少的检出率与对照组比较的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:作业场所的苯,甲苯,=甲苯均未超标,但仍应加强作业人员的健康监护.及早发现异常者,以减少职业病的发生。Objective :To understand the health and exposure levels of workers who exposed to benzene and its derivatives, to provide a reference for controlling the occupational diseases. Methods :To choose 435 workers as a contact group who exposed to benzene and its derivatives, choose 452 person as a control group who not exposed to them. and determine the concentration of benzene, toluene and xylene. Results 65 air samples were collected, the test results were not exceeded. In the digestive systems and respiratory systems,, the difference of nervous systems was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). the difference of white blood celis and blood platelet was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The test results of workplace were not exceeded, but we should enhance the health care, detect the abnormal people earlier, reduce the incidence of occupational diseases.
