两种内固定方法治疗骨盆后环TileC型骶髂关节骨折脱位的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的：对两种不同内固定方法治疗骨盆后环Tile分型C1—2损伤的治疗效果进行分析与观察。方法：从我院2012年2月至2014年2月期间收治的骨盆后环Tile分型C1—2损伤的患者中随机抽取30例，接受前路双重建钢板治疗的患者设为对照组，接受固定骶髂关节治疗的患者设为实验组。对比两组患者的手术时间、手术切口以及术中出血量。结果：实验组患者的手术用时较对照组要明显缩短（P〈O．05），实验组患者的手术伤口大小以及出血等情况较比对照组有明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论：两种内固定方法治疗骨盆后环TileC型骶髂关节骨折脱位的临床效果类似，但固定骶髂关节治疗可以缩短手术时间，其术中出血量也相对较少，是一种理想的治疗方法。Objective For the treatment of two different internal fixation methods after pelvic ring Tile classification treatment effects of C1 -2 damage analysis and observation. Methods ： from February 2012 to February 2014, admitted of pelvic ring after Tile classification of C1 - 2 damage in patients with randomly selected 30 cases, treated with anterior re- construction plate patients as control group, patients treated with fLxed sacroiliac joint set as the experimental group. Comparison of two groups of patients with surgical time, blood loss. Results ： the patients with surgical unavailable was significantly shortened （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the experimental group in patients with surgical wound size and bleeding, and so on and so forth over the control group had significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： two methods of internal fixation in the treatment of pelvic posterior ring TileC type similar to the clinical effect of sacroiliac joint fracture dislocation, but fixed sacroiliac joint, intraoperative blood loss and its relatively small, is an ideal treatment method.
