妇产科围手术期感染的预防及护理

摘　　要：目的：探究护理干预对预防妇产科围手术期感染的积极意艾。方法：选取我院于2012年7月到2013年9月期间收治的165例妇产科患者作为研究对象，随机将患者分为对照组与观察组两组，对照组85例患者，观察组80例患者。对对照组的患者实施常规护理，对观察组的患者实施围手术期护理。对比两组患者的平均住院时间、术后体温变化情况和围手术期感染率。结果：观察组患者的平均住院时间较短，术后普遍体温变化不大，发生围手术感染的几率较低（P〈005）。结论：围手术期护理能够大幅度地降低妇产科患者发生感染的几率，对改善患者的预后具有至关重要的作用。Objective To evaluate the application of nursing intervention in prevention of perioperative infections in obstetrics and gynaecology department. Methods Selected to- tally 121 patients who were treated in obstetrics and gynaecology department during July 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital and divided them＇into two groups. The control group （n = 61 ） was given normal routine care, while the intervention group （n = 60） was given systematic nursing intervention. The average hospital stay, the body temperature and the perioper- ative infection rate was observed and analyzed. Results The average hospital stay of the intervention group was shorter than the control group, the body temperature was lower than the control group, and the perioperative infection rate was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention for perioperative infections in obstetrics and gynaecology department can reduce the incidence of perioparative infections and make sure that the patients have a better prognosis.
