术前护理干预对前列腺电切术患者焦虑的影响

摘　　要：目的：探究术前护理干预对前列腺电切术患者焦虑状态的影响，以便为临床提供指寻。方法：选取经尿道前列腺电切术的60例患者，按照护理方法的不同分成两组，每组30例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施综合护理干预，观察两组的护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分显著低于对照组，且观察组的护理满意度（100％）明显高于对照组（88．0％），P〈0．05，均具有统计学意义。结论：术前护理干预在前列腺电切术患者中具有较好的应用效果，能够明显改善患者的焦虑、抑郁状态，使护理满意度获得有效提升，值得在，临床上推广。Objective： To explore the preoperative nursing intervention in patients with prostate electricity cut method the influence of the anxious state, in order to provide guid- ance for clinical. Methods ： selecting the urethra prostate electricity cut method of 60 patients, according to the different method of nursing is divided into two groups, each group 30 cases and control group routine nursing, the observation group to implement the comprehensive nursing intervention, to observe the nursing effect of the two groups. Results ： after nurs- ing, the observation group of patients with depression, anxiety score was signitleantly lower than the control group, and nursing satisfaction （100%） of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （88.0%） , P 〈 0. 05, all statistically significant. Conclusion： preoperative nursing intervention in patients with prostate electricity cut method has good application effect, can significantly improve the patient＇ s anxiety, depression, give nursing satisfaction effectively promoted, is worth popularizing in clinic.
