孕晚期死胎及畸胎引产患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨40例孕晚期死胎及畸胎引产患者的护理。方法：对40例孕晚期死胎及畸胎引产患者，实施术前术后，分娩前后及出院指导等精心护理。结果：40例孕晚期死胎及畸胎引产患者安全顺利分娩，无一例并发症发生。结论：孕晚期死胎及畸胎引产患者的护理的重点是，心理护理、术前准备、分娩前后护理、并发症的预防护理及出院后的健康教育。Objective： to investigate the 40 cases of late pregnancy stillbirth and teras induced labor nursing care of patients. Methods ： 40 cases of pregnancy patients with ada- need stillbirth and teras induced labor, the implementation of preoperative and postoperative care and discharge guidance before and after childbirth. Results ： 40 cases of late pregnancy stillbirth and teras induced labor birth of patient safety, and no complications occun＇ed. Conclusion ： stillbirth and teras late in pregnancy induced labor in patients with care, is the fo- cus of the psychological nursing, preoperative preparation and nursing before and after birth, the prevention of complications nursing and health education after discharge.
