桡骨远端骨折内外固定治疗方法的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨桡骨远端骨折内外固定治疗方法的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者80例，随机分成两组，每组40例，观察组采用桡骨远端骨折内外固定治疗，对照组采用桡骨远端骨折保守的石膏固定治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果：经手术治疗后，观察组患者的手术治疗有效率为95.0％，对照组患者的手术治疗有效率为80．0％；观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），有统计学意义。结论：对桡骨远端骨折患者实施桡骨远端骨折内外固定治疗，能够有效提升患者的治疗有效率，效果显著，值得临床推广。Objective： to study the internal and external fixation treatment of distal radius fracture clinical curative effect. Selection methods ： our hospital 80 cases of distal radius fractures patients, randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group, the observation group USES the internal and external fixation to treat distal radius fractures, control group adopts conservative plaster fixation for distal radius fractures, observe two groups of treatment effect. Results ： after treatment with surgery, observation group of patients with surgical treatment effective rate was 95.0%, control group patients with surgical treatment effective rate was 80. 0% ; The treatment of patients with total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （P 〈0. 05 ）, with statistical significance. Conclusion ： the implementation of the distal radius fractures in patients with distal radius fractures internal and external fixation treatment, can effectively improve the treatment of patients with efficieut, effective, worthy of clinical promotion.
