可吸收螺钉内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察可吸收螺钉内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法：选取自2010年1月至2013年2月我院收治的50例小儿肱骨髁上骨折的患儿作为观察对象，随机分为两组，对照组与实验组，对照组25例，实验组25例，对照组患儿采用传统金属钉固定治疗，实验组患儿采用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗，对比两组患儿的临床疗效及术后并发症的发生情况。结果：对照组临床疗效的总有效率为92%，实验组临床疗效的总有效率为96％，对照组小儿肱骨髁上骨折患儿临床疗效与实验组小儿肱骨髁上骨折患儿的，临床疗效相当（P〉0．05），差异无统计学意义；但实验组患儿术后并发症的发生情况明显少于对照组患儿（P〈0．05），差异具有统计学意义。结论：可吸收螺钉内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折疗效显著，术后并发症发生情况少，值得在临床中推广使用。Humeral supracondylar fracture of the hunlems supracondylar fracture, it is most common in children with fracture, humeral condyle fractures accounted for about of limb fractures in children from 3% to 8%, the condyle of humerus fracture such as processing easily lead to inappropriate Volkmunn ischemic contracture and cubims varus deformity, humeral supracondylar fracture seriously affected children health, quality of life and easily lead to aoxiety, irritability and other negative emotions.
