急诊危重症患者动脉血与静脉血清钾离子测定值的相关性分析

摘  要:目的:比较急诊科急危重症患者动脉血气标本和同期静脉血清钾离子测定值的差异,井分析两者的相关性。方法:选取104例2015年1月至2015年4月于我院急诊内科抢救的患者,同时采其动静脉血标本,检规4动静脉血钾值并进行比较。结果动脉血钾离子测定值(K+A)为381±0.62mmol/L,静脉血清钾离子测定值(K+V)为4.56±0.69mmol/L,两者差异有显著性(P〈0.01),生物参考区间为0.75±0.29mmol/L。动静脉血钾测定值相关系数为0.901(P〈0.01),直线回归方程为K+V=1.003}K+A4-0.74(mmol/L)。结论:在急诊危重症患者抢救时,可依据动脉血钾离子值推算静脉血清钾离子值,以快速判断患者有无血钾异常。Objective : To expore the correlation of potassium ion values between arterial blood and venous blood in critical patients. Methods: Arterial and venous blood potassium ion values which are selected from 104 critical patients in our hospital between January 2015 and April 2015 were detected and compared. The potassium ion values in arterial blood ( K + A) were3. 81 ± 0. 62 mmol/L while in venous blood ( K +V) were 4. 56 +0. 69 mlnol/L The differences between the two groups are obvious ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Furthermore, we found that the biological reference interval was 0. 75±0. 29 mmol/L, the correlation coefficient was 0. 901 (P 〈 0. 01 ) and the linear regression equation was K + V= 1. 003 * K + A + 0. 74 (retool/ L). Conclusion: During the process of critical patients' treatment, the venous blood potassium ion values can be figured out according to the arterial blood potassium ion values.
