小儿肺炎支原体肺炎尿微量蛋白检测的临床意义

摘  要:目的:通过测定尿微量蛋白含量,探讨肺炎支原体肺炎患儿尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)变化及其临床价值。方法:检测50例健康儿童和98例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿尿常规、尿微量蛋白、血尿素(UREA)、血肌酐(cR)等指标进行对比分析。结果:1.肺炎支原体肺炎患儿尿β2-MG含量显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);2.肺炎支原体肺炎患儿尿微量蛋白的异常检出率为35%;尿常规异常检出率为10%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:肺炎支原体肺炎对小儿肾功能有不同程度的损害,尿β2-微球蛋白测定对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿肾功能损害的的早期诊断具有临床参考价值。Objective: To explore the changes and clinical value of β2-microglobulins ( 132 - MG) levels in the infants with mycopl p ia. Method : 50 C f healthy infants and 98 Cases of infants with mycoplasma pneumonia were conected. Urine - routine and the levels of β2-MG, urea, creatinine were detected and statistically analyzed. The infants with abnormal β2-microglobulins were redetected after a week of being treated. Results : The levels of β2-microglobulins in infants with mycoplasma pneumonia were sig- niilcantly higher than control group (P 〈0. 01 ). The positive rate of urinary micoalbuminuria in the infants with mycoplasma pneumonia were 35%, which higher than that of urine - routine (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusions: Mycoplasma pneumonia could damage renal function. As a sensitive index of renal dysfunction of mycoplasma pneumonia, the levels of β2-micro- globulins have an important clinical reference value in early diagnosis.
