美皮康敷料联合左氧氟沙星在神经外科压疮患者临床护理的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨美皮康敷料联合左氧氟沙星在神经外科压疮患者临床护理的疗效。方法：将118例压疮患者随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用传统护理方法，实验组在传统护理方法的基础上，将左氧氟沙星直接洒在创面上，1次／d，同时表面应用美皮康敷料覆盖包扎。结果：实验组治愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：美皮康敷料联合左氧氟沙星在神经外科压疮患者护理方面，可加快褥疮的修复和愈合，疗效确切，值得临床护理推广及应用。Objective To study the effect of Mepilex combined with levofloxacin in clinical nursing in Department of neurosurgery patients with bedsore. Methods 118 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group using the traditional nursing method, the experimental group based on the traditional health care methods, will be directly onto the wounds of levofloxacin, 1/d, and the surface application of Mepilex cover bandage. Results The curative rate of experimental group was significandy higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Mepilex combined with levofloxacin in patients with bedsore nursing department of Neurosurgery, can accelerate the healing of decubitus and repair, curative effect, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
