摘　　要：目的：探讨脉动真空灭菌器出现的故障及制定脉动真空灭菌器标准化管理措施。方法：脉动真空灭菌器出现故障的处理措施，不仅与零件、部件、使用寿命和内在质量有关，还与使用方法厦工作态度、日常维护保养有关。结论：脉动真空灭菌器是各大中型医院消毒灭菌普遍采用的主要设备，要确保灭菌物品合格率为100％．必须在灭菌过程中严密监视灭菌器的运行状况，及时发现问题并处理。结果：通过对脉动真空灭菌器故障的排除和标准化的管理，灭菌合格率达到100％，及时保证了临床工作的正常运行，提高临床满意服务度。Objective： To explore the fault of the vacuum sterilizer and formulate standardized management of Pulsate vacuum sterilizer. Methods： The cause that the vacuum sterilizer failure is correlated not only with the machine＇ s parts , components, llfe and quality, but also with machine~ s maintenance, usage and the staff＇ s responsibility. Results： Pulsate vacuum sterilizer is the main equipment widely in applied in big and medium hospitals. In order to reach 100% qualified of the sterillized articles, the staff should monitor the machine＇ s running status, find the problem and tackle it. Conclusion ： Through removed failures and standardized management of the machine, 100% qualified of the sterillized articles, clinical practice normally and patient satisfaction can achieve.
