人工全髋关节置换术治疗骨性强直髋畸形的近期疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察人工全髋关节置换术在治疗骨性强直髋畸形中的近期疗效。方法:收集本科自2012年9月至2013年12月采用人工全髋关节置换术治疗骨性强直髋畸形9例11髋,分别于术后1月、3月、半年、1年门诊复查,评价患者Harris评分。结果:9例骨性强直髋畸形患者均获随访,平均随访时间1.27年。术后1年Harris评分85.19±5.37分,较术前有明显改善。结论:人工全髋关节置换术在治疗骨性强直髋畸形中的近期随访疗效满意。Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of total hip replacement for the treatment of bony ankylosed hips deformity by follow-up. Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with 11 hips were collected. The Harris scale of patients were evaluated at 1 month,3 month,half year and 1 year after total hip replacement,respectively. Results All the patients were followed up,the mean duration of follow-up was 1. 27 years. According to the scale of Harris,the mean hip score was 85. 19± 5. 37 at 1 year post-operation follow-up,which was significantly higher than that pre-operation. Conclusion Total hip replacement is a short-term effective treatment indicated for bony ankylosed hips deformity,but it need further confirm its long-term effectiveness by follow-up.
