摘 要:基于金融功能和我国高技术产业发展状况,运用C-D生产函数面板模型分析了金融集聚对高技术产业的影响。结果发现,我国高技术产业发展层级明显,总量差异和结构差异在区域内和区域间都较大;金融集聚状态与经济水平不一致,银行集聚水平高于保险,东部和西部多地区资金流动风险较大;银行集聚对高技术产业影响最为显著,金融集聚弹性系数超过1.1,高于其它生产要素的贡献,但多数地区存在不利于高技术产业发展的因素。Based on the financial function and high technology industry development in our country, the paper used C-D production function panel model to analyze the effects of financial agglomeration on high technology industry. The results showed that the level of high technology industry is obvious in our country, total difference and structure difference are much lager within the region and among regions. The research also found that financial agglomeration status is not coincident with the economic level, and the bank agglomeration level is higher than that of insurance, and the capital liquidity risk is bigger in many eastern and western regions. What' s more, bank agglomeration has a significant influence on high technology industry. Furthermore, the elasticity coefficient of financial agglomeration surpasses 1.1, which is higher than the contribution of other factors of production. However, many regions exist disadvantageous factors to high technology industry development.
