摘　　要：小额贷款公司从试点至今,得到了跨越式发展的同时暴露出众多问题,本文从有关政策、自身不足二个方面剖析了小额贷款公司面临的问题。小额贷款公司的存在及发展是中国经济社会发展的必要条件和结果,笔者从政策支持和自身建设两个出发点,提出了小额贷款公司可持续发展的建议。From the pilot to now, microfinance companies develop rapidly, while expose many problems. In order to study the reasons for the problems, this article analyzes the problems faced by small loan companies from the two aspects of the policies and their own deficiencies. The existence and development of small loan companies is a necessary condition and result of China＇ s economic and social development. The author puts forward recommendations for sus-tainable development of small loan companies from the two starting points of the policy support and self-building.
