不同型号希森美康血常规分析仪的临床检验结果比较分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨两种不同型号(XE-2100、XS-1000i)希森美康血常规分析仪的临床检验结果。方法:门诊患者新鲜全血30份参照NCCLS实施的EP9-A2文件,选择日本Sysmex仪器公司生产的XE-2100血细胞分析仪作为比对仪器,进行系统检测,并与XS-1000i血细胞分析仪检测结果进行比对分析。结果:XE-2100与XS-1000i的PLT、RB、WBC、Hb、MCV、HCT的相关系数r均≥0.975,医学决定水平处的系统误差均较1/2规定的允许总误差小,NEUT、LYMPH、MONO、EO的相关系数r均≥0.975,但BASO比较差异无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:XE-2100与XS-1000i血细胞分析仪PLT、RBC、WBC、Hb、MCV、HCT检测结果具有良好的可比性,针对白细胞分类结果而言,应注意其比对。Objective： To investigate two different types（Sysmex XE-2100, for individual tests of xs-1000i） Sysmex blood analyzer clinical test results. Methods： Outpatients with fresh whole blood 30 according to NCCLS implementation of ep9-a2 document, Japanese instruments Sysmex company production of XE-2100 automatic blood cell analyzer as compared to the instrument, detection system, and for individual tests of xs-1000 i hematology analyzer detection results were compared and analyzed. Results：The correlation coefficient r of XE-2100 and for individual tests of xs-1000 i PLT, Rb, WBC, Hb, MCV, HCT is greater than or equal to 0.975, medical decision level system error were higher than 1 / 2 the provisions of the allowable total error is small, neut, lymph, mono, EO correlation coefficient r is greater than or equal to 0.975, but differences of BASO no correlation（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： XE-2100 and PLT blood cell analyzer RBC, WBC, Hb, MCV, XS-1000 i, HCT detection results have a good comparability, for leukocyte classification results, should pay attention to its comparison.
