摘  要:利用简单的化学溶液生长法合成了棒状Zn O纳米材料,采用原位生长法和粉体涂敷法将其包覆在氧化铝陶瓷管上,构成Zn O基气体传感器,并用静态配气法测试其酒敏性能.两种方法制备的传感器最佳工作温度均为300℃,且响应和恢复时间均小于10 s.灵敏度随着酒精浓度的升高都近似线性增大.对于不同浓度的酒精,采用粉体涂敷法制备的传感器灵敏度约为原位生长所制备传感器的两倍.结果表明不同的涂敷方法将形成不同的敏感层结构,最终导致其气敏性能明显不同.The rod-like Zn O nanomaterials were synthesized successfully by a simple chemical solution growth method. These nanostructures were coated and grown in-situ on ceramic tube to prepare gas sensors respectively. The ethanol sensing properties of the two types of sensors were measured by stationary state gas distribution method. The optimal working temperature of these two sensors was about 300 ° C,and the response and recovery time were less than 10 s. Additionally,the response prepared by powder coating was about 2 times of that prepared by in-situ growth,and the responses of the two sensors increased near-linearly with the alcohol gas concentration. These results indicated that different coating methods could result in different structures of the sensitive layers,which led to an obvious difference in the gas sensing properties.
