摘 要:针对污水处理后的排放未达标水体,利用沸石这种天然价廉的多孔材料,经过一系列改性,引入活性功能基团,得到高效稳定的除磷吸附剂.以天然沸石为原材料,研究发现原始沸石的吸附效果不佳只能达到10%~20%,对其进行时间、温度单因素实验,进行比对.由于去除效果不佳选择对其进行改性,通过对酸碱盐分别浸泡,最后得出用20%Mg Cl2最佳,利用静态试验考察了p H值、温度、吸附剂投加量、吸附时间等方面对吸附剂吸附容量的影响;去除率在条件适宜时能达到70%~80%.最后对时间、温度、投加量进值行正交试验研究,确定了吸附的最佳条件为25℃,160 min,5 g,此时去除效果可达78%.The research object is the sewage treatment after the discharge of water body. The efficiency and stable phosphorus removal adsorbent was got using the natural zeolite which were porous materials,through a series of modification and introduction of active functional groups. In this experiment,it was found that original zeolite adsorption effect only reach10% ~ 20% with natural zeolite as raw materials. The single factor experiment results of time and temperature were not good. Due to the bad effect of removing,modification was chosen. By means of acid and alkali salt immersion respectively,it was concluded that 20%Mg Cl2 was the best. The effect of p H,temperature,adsorbent additive amount of adsorbent and adsorption time on volume of adsorbent additive was investigated utilizing the static test examines. Results indicated that the removal rate could reach 70% ~ 80%. The orthogonal experiment research identified the optimum conditions were 25 ℃,160 min and 5 g of adsorption additive,and the removal efficiency could reach 78%.
