摘 要:目的了解北京台湖地区淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药情况和当地淡色库蚊kdr基因多态性,为该地区淡色库蚊防治提供科学指导。方法采用幼虫浸渍法对氯菊酯、残杀威和毒死蜱进行抗药性生物检测,以等位基因特异性PCR(AS-PCR)为检测方法确定当地淡色库蚊kdr基因型的频率。结果当地淡色库蚊对氯菊酯、残杀威和毒死蜱的抗性系数分别为15.9、4.2和3.6;当地淡色库蚊中kdr基因存在一种突变(L1014F型),突变基因占基因总数的25.7%。结论北京台湖地区的淡色库蚊已对氯菊酯产生较强抗性,建议在以后的防治工作中通过杀虫剂的复配和交替用药达到蚊虫防治目的。Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to three kinds of insecticide and kdr allele polymorphism in Taihu, Beijng, and to provide scientific evidence for mosquitoes control. Methods The resistance to permethrin, propoxur and chlorpyrifos were tested with the impregnation method. The frequency of kdr allele of Cx. pipiens pallens was determined by allele-specific PCR(AS-PCR). Results The resistance coefficient of Cx. pipiens pallens to permethrin, propoxur and chlorpyrifos was 15.9,4.2 and 3.6, respectively. A mutation(L1014F) in kdr gene was found in Cx. pipiens pallens, and the mutation gene accounted for 25.7% of the total genes. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens had a strong resistance to permethrin. Insecticide combinative and alternative use should be proceed in the mosquitoes control.
