超量服用阿魏酸哌嗪致重度低血压1例

摘　　要：68岁男性患者因夜尿增多,自行服用了误认为是中药的阿魏酸哌嗪(保肾康),患者因为自认为中药不良反应少而擅自超量服用,导致其用药后突然起身时晕厥于家中。患者被送到医院后,药师向其提供识别中西药的方法、预防跌倒等用药安全知识。药师认为本次药物不良反应事件为患者用药安全意识淡薄所造成,这需要药师不断的向公众提供药学服务,从而提高患者的用药安全意识,减少此类事件的发生。A 68-year-old male patient took thepiperazine ferulate to ameliorate nocturia. However, excessive dose caused syncope. Pharmacist taught the patient medication related safety knowledge and the attention needed to be paid on adverse drug reactions. Pharmacists should continue to provide pharmaceutical care to the public so as to improve the patient＇s medication safety consciousness, and finally reduce the occurrence of such events.
