摘　　要：目的:采用不同模型考察茯苓对正常小鼠胃肠功能的影响。方法:采用炭末法和营养型半固体糊两种方法,考察茯苓不同给药时间对小鼠胃残留率和小肠推进率的影响。结果:茯苓水煎液对正常小鼠的胃残留、小肠推进具有抑制作用。结论:茯苓水煎液对正常小鼠胃肠运动有抑制作用,而且采用多次给药的营养半固体糊方法评价茯苓对小鼠胃肠功能影响较佳。Objective： To study the effect of Poria cocos on gastrointestinal movement by different methods. Methods： Methods of charcoal powder and nutritional semisolid paste were applied to examine the effect of Poria on the gastrointestinal functions of healthy mice. Results： The water decoction of Poria can distinctively inhibited the gastric residual ratio and propulsion ratio of small intestine of mice. Conclusion ： The Poria could inhibit the gastrointestinal movement and the semisolid paste model is much more suitable for the evaluation of effect of Poria on the gastrointestinal functions.
