彝药满山香的资源调查和鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:对彝药满山香药材的来源、野生植物资源实地调查和样品采集,性状和薄层鉴别进行研究,以期为满山香野生药材资源的合理利用和保护提供参考。方法:本草考证、实地采样调查、性状鉴别和薄层鉴别。结果:满山香药材的来源为木兰科五味子属植物合蕊五味子的根和藤茎。满山香植物生长在河谷、山坡常绿阔叶林中或阳光充足的山坡石缝中,成簇生长,种群稀少,蕴藏量小;满山香植物嫩枝叶呈暗红色,根茎剥去皮部后显出鲜艳的粉红色;药材粉末呈棕黄色或棕绿色。薄层色谱在365 nm波长下有特征的荧光斑点,在与β-谷甾醇和胡萝卜苷对照品色谱相应的位置上,显现相同颜色的斑点,用薄层色谱方法可以方便地鉴别满山香药材。Objective： To investigate the wild plant resources and establish identification methods for the herb Manshanxiang, an herb of Yi nationality. Methods： Herbal textual research, field investigation, sample collection and morphological characteristics identification, and TLC identification were applied to the study. Results： The source of herb Manshanxiang is the plant roots and cane of Schisandra propinqua （ Wall. ） Baill. （ S. propinqua）. The reserve of wild plant S. propirutua was low. S. propinqua generally grows in clusters under the evergreen broad-leaved valley, or in sunny slopes, or in rock crevices. The shoots were in dark red and the rhizome showing bright pink after stripped epidermis. All samples extracts showed characteristics fluorescence spots at wavelength 365 nm, and showed the same color spot compared with the reference substance of β-sitosterol and daucosterol on the corresponding position by TLC. Conclusion： The reserve of S. propinqua was low. The wild plant of S. propinqua had its characteristic. Herbal medicine of S. propinqua can be identified by TLC.
