样本放置时间对血常规检测的影响分析

摘　　要：目的：探究对样本进行不同的放置时间，对血常规检测结果的影响。方法：随机性选取于2014年1月1日至2014年12月31日期间，在我院进行静脉血检查的体检健康的正常人的血液样本共52例，对血液进行EDTA-K2抗凝之后放置于冰箱内冷藏，分别经过即时、30分钟、2小时、5小时后用SYSMEX KX-21三分类全自动血细胞分析仪进行血常规检查，统计红细胞、白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白数目，对结果进行比较。结果：30分钟和2小时的红细胞、白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白数目比较，差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05），即时和5小时的数目比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：将血液样本放置过久会对血常规检测结果造成较大影响，为了保证检测结果的准确性，应该将血液样本在至少2小时之内进行血常规检测。Objective ： to explore to the placement of different time samples, the impact on the routine blood test results. Methods ： random selection in January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014, in the hospital the examination of the venous blood of the physical health of normal blood samples from a total of 52 cases, EDTA - K2 on blood anticoagulation after placing ice cold storage contents, respectively through instant, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 5 hours later by SYSMEX KX - 21 blood routine inspections on classification of three fully automatic blood cell analyzer, statistical number of red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, and the results are compared.Results ： 2 hours 30 minutes and the number of red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin comparison, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）, the number of the immediate and 5 hours, statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions ： place the blood sample for too long can cause great influence of routine blood test results, in order to ensure the accuracy of the test results, should be a blood sample in at least 2 hours for routine blood test.
