摘　　要：目的分析和整理现代针灸教材中主治腹痛的腧穴,优选治疗腹痛的＂同功穴＂规律谱。方法通过网络和人工检索等多种途径,检索出针灸教材中主治腹痛的腧穴,对其进行归经、部位、频次和规律谱分析。将规律谱与《腧穴主治·国家标准GB/T 30233-2013》对比分析。结果通过文献查询,27部针灸教材中主治腹痛的腧穴共有123个。出现频次在26-22（96.29%-81.48%）的腧穴有36个,定为1级谱;出现频次在21-5（77.77%-18.51%）的腧穴有38个,定为2级谱;出现频次在4-1（14.81%-3.70%）的腧穴有49个,定为3级谱。从归经上看,膀胱经腧穴居多,占腧穴总数的18.69%,足阳明其次,占腧穴总数的16.26%。从部位上看,胸腹部腧穴居多,占腧穴总数的37.39%。从规律谱上看,《腧穴主治·国家标准GB/T 30233-2013》中主治腹痛的同功穴有60个,其中有28个腧穴在1级谱中,占77.77%,有21个腧穴在2级谱中,占55.26%,有6个腧穴在3级谱中,占12.24%。结论 27部针灸教材中主治腹痛的＂同功穴＂与《腧穴主治·国家标准GB/T 30233-2013》中主治腹痛的腧穴高度一致。Objective Analysis and treatment of abdominal pain in the textbook of finishing modern acupuncture acupoints , the best treatment of abdominal pain“analogous points”regularity of spectral .Methods Through the network ,artificial re-trieval and many kinds of ways ,searching in the textbook of acupoint indications of abdominal pain ,carries on the meridian , location ,frequency and regular spectrum analysis .Contrasting the regular spectrum and National Standards？Acupoints GB/T 30233-2013 .Results Through literature search ,department of acupuncture and moxibustion materials in acupoints of 27 indications of abdominal pain were 123 .Frequency of occurrence in 26 to 22 （96 .29% -81 .48% ） of acupoints have 36 ,as a spectrum;frequency in 21 to 5 （77 .77% -18 .5% ） acupoints have 38 ,as secondary spectrum;frequency in acupoint 4 to 1 （14 .81% -3 .70% ） of 49 ,triple spectrum .From the view of meridian ,bladder meridian acupoints are accounted for 18 . 69% of the total ,followed by the acupoints of Foot Yangming ,accounting for 16 .26% of the total ;from the position of view , thoracic and abdominal acupoints are accounted for 37 .39% of the total number of points;from the point of view of the regu-lar spectrum ,there are 60 analogous points in the treatment of abdominal pain in National Standards？Acupoints GB/T 30233-2013 .there are 28 points in a spectrum ,accounting for 77 .77% ,there are 21 points accounted for 55 .26% in sec-ondary spectrum ,there are 6 points;in the third spectrum ,accounting for 12 .24% .Conclusion Acupoint 27 Department of teaching material of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating abdominal pain“analogous points” and the Acupoint Indica-tions-National Standards GB/T 30233-2013 in the attending abdominal pain is highly consistent .
