摘　　要：周安方教授对慢性前列腺炎的病机认识、病证表现、证候分型、治疗方法方面都有独特的见解和心得。首先,认为"肾虚肝实"是本病的基本病机;其次,将本病的临床表现整理为排尿症状、盆底症状、情志症状、性事症状、精神症状、躯体症状6个方面;再者,结合美国国立卫生研究院的分类,将本病分为湿热蕴结型、湿热瘀滞型、肾虚血瘀型、肾气亏虚型4种类型。总结出本病的7种治法:清热解毒法、利湿化浊法、疏肝理气法、活血通络法、温补肾阳法、滋补肾阴法以及补肾缩尿法。症证结合,随证遣方,随症用药,多法活用。Professor ZHOU Anfang treating chronic prostatitis has special thoughts and opinions at the pathogenesis ,the symptoms ,the syndromes and the treatment methods .First ,he believes that“kidney deficiency and liver excess”is the basic pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis .Second ,he divides the symptoms of chronic prostatitis into six categories：the voiding symptoms ,pelvic floor symptoms ,emotional symptoms ,sexual symptoms ,psychiatric symptoms ,somatic symptoms .Third ,ac-cording to the classification America National Institutes of health ,he divides the disease into four types of accumulation of damp and heat ,stasis of damp and heat ,kidney deficiency and blood stasis ,kidney-qi deficiency .He summarizes 7 kinds of treatment methods of this disease .They are heat-clearing and detoxifying ,removing dampness and change chaotic ,disperse and rectify the depressed liver-energy ,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals ,invigorating kidney-yang ,nour-ishing kidney-yin ,tonifying kidney to treat polyuria .Based symptoms and syndromes ,used several methods to treat the pa-tients ,along with symptom to use different medication .
