摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病的中西医综合治疗的临床效果。方法 100例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组2组,每组50例。给予对照组患者常规西医治疗,给予观察组患者中西医综合治疗,即二甲双胍加补肾健脾、益气养阴方。然后对2组患者的FBG、FINS、GHb A1c及ISI、临床疗效及并发症进行统计分析。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率94%(47/50)明显比对照组72%(36/50)高(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后的FBG、FINS、GHb A1c及ISI均明显比对照组低(P<0.05),观察组患者的并发症发生率16%(8/50)明显比对照组34%(17/50)低(P<0.05)。结论中西医综合治疗能明显改善2型糖尿病症状,减少并发症,提高总有效率。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of TCM and Western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes . Methods The 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were selected ,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,50 cases in each group .The control group was given conventional Western medicine ,while the observation group were given to patients TCM and Western medicine comprehensive treatment which is metformin with invigorating kid-ney and spleen and tonifying qi-yin prescription .Then FBG ,FINS ,GHbA1c and ISI ,clinical efficacy and postoperative com-plications of the two groups were analyzed .Results The total treatment efficiency of the observation group 94% （47/50 ） was significantly higher than that of the control group 72% （36/50 ） （ P〈0 .05 ）;The FBG ,FINS ,GHbA1c and ISI after treatment were significantly lower （ P〈0 .05 ）;The incidence rate of complications 16% （8/50 ） was significantly lower than those of the control group 34% （17/50 ）（ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion The clinical effects of TCM and Western medicine is obviously in the treatment of type 2 diabetes ,reducing complicating disease and promoting total effective rate .
