补肾方药对老年高血压病肾气亏虚证患者性激素相关调控因子的干预作用

摘　　要：目的对老年高血压病肾气亏虚证患者经益肾降压方干预前后性激素相关调控因素水平进行比较。方法根据高血压病诊断与分级标准,老年高血压病肾气亏虚证量化诊断标准,选择老年高血压病肾气亏虚证患者60例,男女各半,给予益肾降压方治疗4周,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测白介素-2(IL-2)、瘦素(Leptin)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)和硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEA-S)的水平。结果经益肾降压方干预后男性老年高血压病肾气亏虚证患者的血清Leptin和GnRH的水平有所回落,DHEA-S的水平有所回升,女性老年高血压病肾气亏虚证患者血清GnRH的水平有所回落。结论补肾方药在男性性激素相关调控因素水平上的作用靶点可能为瘦素、促性腺激素释放激素和硫酸脱氢表雄酮,女性可能为促性腺激素释放激素。Objective This paper studies the effect of kidney tonifying prescription intervention the level of sex hormones re-lated regulating factors of elderly hypertension kidney-qi deficiency syndrome .Methods According to hypertension diagno-sis and classification standard ,TCM differentiation standard chose elder hypertension of kidney deficiency syndrome （60 cas-es ） ,half of men and women ,give kidney tonifying prescription for 4 weeks .The Elisa method was used to detect IL-2 ,Lep-tin ,GnRH and DHEA-S levels .Results After kidney tonifying prescription intervention ,the levels of Leptin and GnRH of elderly male patients with hypertension of kidney-qi deficiency syndrome declined ,the levels of DHEA-S increased .The lev-els of GnRH of elderly female patients with hypertension of kidney-qi deficiency syndrome declined .Conclusion The target of kidney tonifying prescription on sex hormones related regulating factors of elderly male patients may be Leptin ,GnRH and DHEA-S .The target of kidney tonifying prescription on sex hormones related regulating factors of elderly female patients may be GnRH .
