傍刺法临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究傍刺法在临床中治疗的疾病、针刺穴位、针刺方法和治疗效果。方法傍刺法是指在留痹处针刺一针,再在其附近针刺一针,从假性球麻痹、腰椎间盘突出、颈椎病、膝关节炎、肩周炎、肱骨外上髁炎、梨状肌综合症、背筋膜炎、下颌关节紊乱、褥疮、枕神经痛和颈性眩晕12个方面总结傍刺法在临床中的应用情况和疗效。结果用傍刺法常用于日久不愈的痹证,也可应用于枕神经痛和颈性眩晕等疾病的治疗,在临床中广泛使用。结论用傍刺法治疗所述疾病时,在疼痛处多直刺,傍刺之针多斜刺,方向朝向第一针的针尖,增加了针刺的刺激量。但对于傍刺法的针刺位置、针刺角度、作用机制和治病范围还需进一步研究。Objective Summarizes proximal needling from treating aspects：which disease can be treated ,which point and method can be used ,and what effect can be achieved .Methods Proximal needing is a way of acpuncture ,one acpuncture on arthralgia syndrome ,and one acpuncture around arthralgia syndrome .Summarized the progress of clinical application and curative effect on Proximal needling being used to treat pseudobulbar paralysis ,lumbar disc herniation ,cervical spondylosis , osteoarthritis ,scapulohumeral periarthritis ,lateral epicondylitis ,piriformis syndrome ,back fascitis ,temporom andibular disor-ders ,occipital neuralgia ,bedsore ,cervical vertigo ,etc .Results Proximal needing being used to treat syndrome ,occipital neuralgia ,cervical vertigo is obvious ,and proximal needing .Conclusion In clinic ,one acpuncture in pain site with straight lunging ,one acpuncture toward the first acpuncture＇s tip around the pain site with diagonal stabbing can increase clinical ef-fect .But there are some aspects should have furter study on proximal needling：which position and angle can be used ,and what is the mechanism ,etc .
