脂比妥片治疗高胆固醇血症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察脂必妥胶囊调节血脂的效果。方法：符合条件的30例高胆固醇血症患者服用脂必妥3粒，每日3次，服用4周。结果：TC治疗前7．54±0．72％，治疗后5．81士0．40％，P值〈0．01，前后对比差异非常显著。结论：本组研究显示，脂必妥片降胆固醇效果良好，疗效确切，无毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of by Fat vinylbital t capsule in regulating blood lipid. Methods Let the 30 patients with hypercholesterolemia take Fat vinylbital capsule, 3 pills each time, 3 times a day, take 4 weeks. Results TC before treatment war 7.54 ± 0.72%, after treatment of 5.81 ± 0.40%, very significant difference, P 〈 0.01.Conclusion Fat vinylbital capsule cholesterol-lowering effect is good, curative effect, non-toxic side effects, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
