摘 要:目的:探究和分析阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病餐后2小时血糖的影响。方法:选择我院2013年1月到2014年12月接收的48例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者均给予阿卡波糖治疗,观察和比较患者治疗前后的血糖水平。结果:治疗后患者的餐后2小时血糖均比治疗前低,差异明显,P〈0.05,提示有统计学意义。结论:采用阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者进行治疗,能够降低患者餐后2小时血糖水平,值得普及。Objective To explore and analyze the acarbose on postprandial 2 hours blood glucose in type 2 diabetes clinical analysis of the influence of. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014 received 48 patients with type 2 diabetes as the main objects, all the patients were given acarbose treatment, observation and comparison before and after treatment in patients with blood sugar levels. Results On the blood sugar level is, after treatment of the patient's blood sugar 2 hours after meal are lower than before treatment, significant difference, P 〈 0.05, suggesting the statistical significance. Conclusion Using Acarbose treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes, patients can reduce postprandial 2 hours blood glucose levels, worthy of popularization.
