摘　　要：目的：探究甲状旁腺功能亢进病人的护理心得。方法：选取我院接受治疗的68例甲状腺功能亢进病人作为实验对象，并且随机分配为两组，实验组患者实施围手术期的护理干预方式，对照组患者实施普通的护理方案。结果：实验组患者实施围手术期护理干预方案预后病人满意程度与并发症出现率明显优于对照组，经比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论对甲状腺功能亢进患者实施有效的围手术期护理干预方案能明显提高临床治疗率，减低并发症发生率，提高患者生活质量，可在临床上普遍应用。Objective To explore the nursing experience patients with thyroid function hyperfunction. Methods Collect the hospital treated 68 patients with thyroid function hypeffunction as experimental object, randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group implementation for perioperative nursing intervention mode. The control group implementation normal nursing plan. Results For patient satisfaction and complications rate,the experimental group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05}. Conclusions Implement effective nursing intervention in patients with thyroid function hyperfunction of perioperative, can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient quality of life, it worth widely used in clinic.
