53例优质护理服务在高血压病治疗中的临床体会

摘　　要：目的：探究优质护理服务应用于高血压患者对其生活质量的影响。方法：选取53例高血压患者并随机分为观察组（27）和对照组（26），对照组患者给予常规的治疗和护理，观察组患者则在此基础上给予全面的优质护理措施，观察并比较两组患者的生活习惯、血压值及生化指标等情况。结果：观察组患者的生活习惯、血压值及生化指标等改善情况均明显优于对照组患者（P〈0．05）。结论：优质护理服务的运用可以帮助高血压患者重建良好的生活习惯，明显改善了患者的血压及生化指标，从而有效提高了患者的生存质量。Objective Toexplore the impact quality of life that high quality nursing service is applied in patients with high blood pressure. Methods Select 53 cases patients with high blood pressure, were randomly divided into observation group （27 cases） and control group （26 cases） and control group given conventional treatment and care, observation group was given a comprehensive high-quality nursing measures, to observe and compare the two groups of patients＇ living habits, blood pressure value, and biochemical indicators, etc. Results Observation group of patients living habits, blood pressure, biochemical indicators, and improving were better than control group obviously （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The use of high quality nursing service, can help patients rebuild the good life habit, obviously improve the patient＇s blood pressure and biochemical indicators, effectively improve the patient＇s quality of life.
