摘　　要：我国高校及研究机构虽然科研成果较为丰富,但科研成果转化率并不高。虽然此现象近年来已有不少改善,然而仍然存在部分问题。从科研成果转化现状出发,基于层次分析法对我国科研成果转化管理及设计过程进行分析,并论述其设计与管理的具体路径。Universities and research institutions in China although scientific research achievement is abundant, but the scientific research achievements transformation rate is not high. Although this phenomenon in recent years there has been a lot of improvement, however there is still a part of the problem, this article from the transforma- tion of scientific research achievements of the status quo, hierarchy analysis for China＇s transformation of scientific research achievements management and design process was analyzed based on the specific path, and discusses its de- sign and management.
