摘　　要：对改革开放以来我国财政性科技投入情况从投入总量、结构、基础研究的比重等方面进行了分析,并对现行管理政策利弊进行分析,提出了财政性科技投入的建议与思考。In this paper, it analyses China＇s financial investment in science and technology from the amount, structure, the proportion of foundation research and other aspects,and the advantages and disadvantages of current management policy since the reform and opening up of China and puts forward the suggestion and thinking about the financial investment in science and technology.
