医学影像技术专业人才培养模式改革研究——以襄阳职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：结合襄阳职业技术学院医学影像技术专业特征,联合襄阳市放射学会,实施"院校一体、岗位导向"人才培养模式改革。以岗位核心能力培养为目标设置课程体系,由具有双重身份的专业教师在真实的工作环境中,按照临床岗位工作任务及工作过程,实施"医教一体"教学组织模式,培养出符合工作岗位任职标准的高端技能型专门人才。Based on the professional characteristics of our college medical image technology and Xiangyang Institute of Radiology, 'Hospitals and colleges as a whole, Job-oriented' talent cultivation mode is implemented.With the post core competence as the goal to set curriculum system, according to the clinical job task and working process, the ' Medical and teaching as a whole ' teaching organization mode is implemented by a double identity of professional teachers in the real work environment to cultivate high-skilled talents with standard work post.
