摘 要:佛山水泵厂生产的大气喷射器分为P380和P360两种型号,大气喷射器P380进行优化升级后形成新型大气喷射器P360,真空泵采用大气喷射器P380后,真空有所提高,然而采用大气喷射器P360后,真空不但没有提高,反而有点下降,为此,对两种型号的喷射器分为投入和不投入的情况,并进行数据采集和对比试验,并结合大气喷射器投退压力与工作液温度和真空泵运行工况的关系进行分析,经论证分析发现,大气喷射器P360的性能没有充分发掘,其工作水温和抽气温的温差较大,影响抽吸能力,针对这种情况,提出在运行中加大工作水冷却器的冷却水量,加强工作水的冷却,以降低工作水的温度的应对方法。Foshan Pump Factory production of ejector is divided into air eject P380 and P360 models, air ejector P380 is optimized after being upgraded to form new air ejector P360. After vacuum pump adopts air ejector P380, vacuum increases. However, vacuum does not increase after using the air injector P360; it even goes a little bit down. Therefore, these two models of ejector are divided into input and no input, and data collection and comparison test are conducted. Relationship between the air ejector back pressure and working fluid temperature as well as vacuum pump operating conditions is analyzed. The findings indicate that air ejector P360 performance is not fully displayed. Its working temperature and temperature difference is bigger, which affects the suction capacity. For this problem, this paper puts forward a solution by increasing the cooling water volume in running water cooler, strengthening f water cooling, to reduce the temperature of the water.
