摘　　要：血吸虫病为目前严重危害人体健康的主要寄生虫病之一，早期诊断对于血吸虫病治疗意义重大。目前常用的临床检验方法包括病原学检测、免疫学检测及分子生物学检测。各种检测方法均有其适用范围及优劣势。该文总结分析近年来血吸虫病临床检验的常用方法，以指导临床合理选择检测方法。Schistosomiasis is one of the major parasitic diseases which causes serious damage to human health. Early diagnosis is of great significance for treatment of schistosomiasis. The current usable clinical ex- amination methods include etiology, immunology and molecular biology detection. Various detection methods have its applicable range, advantages, and disadvantages. The clinical examination methods on schistosomiasis were summarized and analyzed in this paper, thus to guide the rational selection of detection method in clinics.
