摘 要:为了测试高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网薄层(HPFL)加固的钢筋混凝土(RC)偏压柱在高温过程中跨中挠度和轴向变形的变化规律以及高温后的剩余承载力等力学性能,对试验柱在四面高温下进行了恒载升温、恒载恒温和恒载降温等高温过程试验研究。试验结果表明:加固柱跨中挠度明显小于未加固柱;未加固柱在恒载降温过程中有较大的残余压缩变形,加固柱几乎没有;在有初始荷载作用下,未加固柱的剩余承载力低于常温极限承载力20%左右,加固柱的剩余承载力还略高于常温极限承载力;无初始荷载作用加固柱的剩余承载力低于常温极限承载力7%左右;高温后加固柱和未加固柱的延性都明显降低。In order to find the mechanical properties such as the changing rules of middle span deflection and axial deformation during the high temperature,the surplus bearing capacity after high temperature,the experimental researches are carried out on reinforced concrete bias column strengthened by high performance ferrocement laminate( HPFL) by way of four sides heating under conditions of constant load warming,constant load and temperature and constant load cooling. The tests show that the middle span deflection of strengthening column is obviously less than non-reinforcing contrast column; non-reinforcing contrast columns under the constant load cooling process have larger residual compressive deformation while strengthening columns almost have none; the surplus bearing capacity of non-reinforcing contrast column with the initial loads is lower than normal temperature limit bearing capacity by about 20%,but the surplus bearing capacity of strengthening column is slightly higher than normal temperature limit bearing capacity. The surplus bearing capacity of strengthening column without initial load is about 7% below than normal temperature limit bearing capacity,and the ductility of strengthening and nonreinforcing columns decreases obviously after high temperature.
